The plumeria is starting to bloom, and the strawberries are in full swing!
Much better than mashed peas!
We had a fun family day with lots of cooking, cake-baking and hanging out, just being together. It was awesome! And it’s Marina’s half birthday – turns out she like chocolate sour cream frosting too!
We hunt for the ripe strawberries in the garden every morning. My first pass at strawberry cake was a success! Thank goodness for Trader Joe’s – the garden doesn’t make that many!!!
A random sunset rainbow over the angel trumpet tree on a clear summer evening!
Marina LOVES her daily reading time with the boys. It’s endearing to see the bond she is forming with each of them, and the way they make her smile and giggle. What a gift!!!
Everyone’s favorite night! A family trip to Mitsuwa to pick out the cuts of fish, and then plates of the finest homemade sushi shared together. This is our Saturday night ritual. We talked about it at dinner, and we’re all in agreement that it just does not get better than this 🙏🏼
Playing Speed while balancing one kid on his head, and another in his lap. It’s Super Dad!!
Connor asked us to take a family selfie this morning & print it out so he could look at it while he is at camp if he misses us. We are headed there now!
