We’ve been making lots of veggie burgers lately, using various recipes and our Cuisinart. The best ones yet, are these chipotle black bean burgers. I was reminded what an amazing pantry staple the small can of chipotle peppers in adobo is. I made a delicious dip with the leftover peppers and it’s so simple: 3 chipotle peppers straight from the can, 1/2 cup cashews and a few tablespoons of water – whir it up in the cuisinart. That’s it! Amazing, and so so simple!!
With a few drops of tea tree essential oil!
